Located at 3335 Dogwood Drive in Hapeville, Dogwood Landing is a new 58-unit build-to-rent townhome community developed by Norhaven Partners and owned and operated by Maymont Homes. The community will feature thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom townhomes with attached garages. Situated minutes from downtown Hapeville, residents will enjoy convenient access to neighborhood dining, parks, the city’s growing arts district and major commuter routes including I-75 and I-85. The community is also located near major employment centers across metro Atlanta and just minutes from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
