Luxury marsh-front townhomes as part of mixed-use community on Daniel Island in Charleston, South Carolina. In it's entirety, Nowell Creek will feature office suites, retail, high-end apartments, and luxury townhomes. We have been contracted by Holder Property Group to perform all home and amenity construction on 50 townhomes with floorplans between 3 & 4 bedrooms and attached garages.
