Located near the intersection of Interstate 26 and U.S. Route 17 in Summerville, The Radler Townhomes is a new 114-unit build-to-rent townhome community within the Nexton master-planned development. The community will feature thoughtfully designed two- to four-bedroom floor plans with modern finishes, one- and two-car garages and select homes offering private yards.

Beginning vertical construction in August 2026, project completion is anticipated in Q4 2027.
