Previous Projects

Produce Lane is located on Johns Island just minutes away from Maybank Highway. Sitework began in September of 2021 and the project was completed on time just months later in April 2022. Of the 33 total units, size ranges from 1,400 to 2,000 sq. foot and 3 to 4 bedrooms. All units come with attached 2-car garages, open floorplans, updated finishes, and sit on 40 ft. frontload homesites. This project was delivered to American Homes 4 Rent.
